WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell(s).

Complete 25 minutes of the following

Run 350 Yards (one lap at Barrett Park)

20 Kettlebell Swings

10/10 Box Step-Ups

20 Pop Jacks

10/10 X-Situps

20 Kettlebell Figure Eight w/Hold
