05/30/2017: Kettlebell Workout

Thanks to everyone who came out to play yesterday for the Memorial Day Workout! 

Workout #150 of 365 (2017)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell(s).

#1: Complete 5 Rounds of the following

40 seconds One Arm Kettlebell Swings (strong)

5 Press (strong)

3 Squat (strong)

*Repeat on stronger side, rest as needed

#2: Complete 3 Rounds of the following

200-Yard Run

20 V-ups

10 Squat Thrusts

Record your weight used for Part 1 and time for Part 2.
