SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:   Timing Device; Erg or Bike

#1: Complete 5 Rounds

200 meter Run or 400 meter Row or 600 meter Bike

Rest 1 minute between rounds

#2: Complete 5 Rounds

100 meter Run or 200 meter Row or 300 meter Bike

Rest 30 seconds between rounds
