FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:   Dumbbells

Complete 4 rounds of the following 3-minute workout. Rest 1 minute between rounds.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes

100-Yard Sprint

12 Box Jumpsor  Box Step-Ups

12 Dumbbell Thrusters

Complete 2 rounds of

45 seconds Plank

15 seconds REST

45 seconds Scissors

15 seconds REST
