THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

#1: 10 minutes of Turkish Getups

Focus on your form. Don’t rush through the movement. Stuck at a certain point in the movement…? Practice working through that sticking point and get some coaching!

#2: Complete 5 Rounds of the following

5 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (strong arm)

3 Press (strong arm)

***Repeat on Stronger Arm

5 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (strong arm)

2 Press (strong arm)

***Repeat on Stronger Arm

5 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (strong arm)

1 Press (strong arm)

***Repeat on Stronger Arm

Rest 1 -2 minutes

Record the weight of the Kettlebell you used and any modifications you made.
