Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell and Jump Rope

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes (alternating)

Minute 1: 12 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 3 Goblet Squats

Minute 2: 5 Kettlebell Close Grip Pushups, 3/3 Kettlebell Renegade Row

Record you’re the weight of your Kettlebell.
