WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells.

Complete 5 Rounds of the following

30 seconds Dumbbell Plank Rows, 15 seconds REST

15 seconds RUN (fast!), 15 seconds REST

30 seconds Dumbbell Push Press, 15 seconds REST

15 seconds RUN (fast!), 15 seconds REST

30 seconds Dumbbell Reverse Lunge, 15 seconds REST

15 seconds RUN (fast!), 15 seconds REST

Record your results. Perhaps it’s your total reps, perhaps it’s how you felt during the workout, or maybe it’s a record of the movements you modified.
