Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

40 seconds Dumbbell Floor Press w/ Glute Bridge, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Dumbbell Plank Rows, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Dumbbell Thrusters, 20 seconds REST

Record your weight used.
