WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

#1: Complete 5 Rounds of the following

30 seconds Kettlebell Swings

30 seconds Crawl (any style – click link for a video of variations)

30 seconds REST

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible In 12 minutes

12 Kettlebell Figure Eight w/Hold  (6/side)

2 Goblet Squats

8 Lawnmower Row  (4/side)

2 Goblet Squats

4 Kettlebell Goblet Cleans

2 Goblet Squats

Sprint 100 Yards

Record your rounds and weight used.
