Workout #136 of 365 (2018)

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbells

#1:  Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes

8 Dumbbell Thrusters

4 Pushups

***Rest 2 minutes then…***

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes

Sprint 200 yards

10 Situps

10/10 Mountain Climbers
