TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:None

#1: 7 Minutes

15 seconds Russian Kettlebell Swings

15 seconds REST

***Rest 2 minutes then…***

#2: 10 minutes of

Sprint 100 yards

1 Goblet Squats, 2 Box Step-Ups

2 Goblet Squats, 4 Box Step-Ups

3 Goblet Squats, 6 Box Step-Ups
