TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell.

#1:  7 Minutes

15 seconds Russian Kettlebell Swings

15 seconds REST

***Rest 2 minutes then…***

#2: 12 minutes of

Sprint 100 yards

1 Pushups,2 Goblet Squats, 4 Box Step-Ups

2 Pushups,4 Goblet Squats, 8 Box Step-Ups

3 Pushups,6 Goblet Squats, 12 Box Step-Ups
