MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: NONE.

#1:  Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes

10 Suitcase Crunches

10 Reverse Lunge Steps (5/leg)

Sprint 100 yards

***Rest 1 minute***

#2:  Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes

10 Pushups

Sprint 100 yards

***Rest 1 minute***

#3: Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes

5 Jumping Squats

10 Squats

Sprint 100 yards
