SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s).

#1: 7 Sets

1/1 Turkish Getups (add weight progressively, but be safe!)

#2: EMOM 20 minutes

10 Kettlebell Swings

Record the weight of your kettlebells.
