FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Box or Wall.

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes

10 Dumbbell Plank Rows (5/arm)

10 Dumbbell Shoulder Press

20 Walking Dumbbell Lunge Step (Low Carry) (10/leg)

Run 200 yards

Record any modifications you made to today’s workout.

Complete 10 rounds of the following

5 Situps

3 V-ups

2 Pushup-to-Plank
