Workout #131 of 365 (2017)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s).

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

8 Lawnmower Row (per arm)

8 Box Jumps (step down!)

8 Reverse Lunge Steps (per leg; hold Kettlebell in Goblet Position)

8 Kettlebell Swings  (per arm)

8 X-Situps (per side)

Run 200 Yards

Record any modifications you made to the workout and the weight of your Kettlebell.
