WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell.

In 18 minutes, complete the following sequence as many times as possible

5 Pushups, 10 Kettlebell Swings

3 Pushups, 6 Kettlebell Swings

2 Pushups, 4 Kettlebell Swings

Sprint 50 Yards

5 Squat Thrusts, 10 Reverse Lunge Steps

3 Squat Thrusts, 6 Reverse Lunge Steps

2 Squat Thrusts, 4 Reverse Lunge Steps

Sprint 50 yards
