TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell.

#1: Every 30 seconds for 7 minutes

7 Kettlebell Swings

Rest in the remaining time each 30 seconds interval.

#2: Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes

Minute #1: 10 Goblet Squats

Minute #2: 12 Box Step-Ups

Minute #3: 100-yard Sprint

Record any modifications you made to the workout and the weight used.
