WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Lunge Steps.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

Sprint 100 Yards (out and back 50 yards)

10 Kettlebell Swings              

20 Sit-ups

Sprint 100 Yards (out and back 50 yards)

20 Lungesteps

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
