Equipment: Jump Rope, Kettlebell, 2 Mats (for situps)

Complete the following as fast as you can:

80 Jump Rope Skips

40 Situps

20 Kettlebell Swings

60 Jump Rope Skips

30 Situps

15 Kettlebell Swings

40 Jump Rope Skips

20 Situps

10 Kettlebell Swings

20 Jump Rope Skips

10 Situps

5 Kettlebell Swings

When you finish, accumulate 3 minutes of plank hold!
