Workout #125 of 365 (2018)

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device.

Complete the following sequence

Run 1 mile at your 5K pace

Rest 3 minutes

2 Rounds:

Run 0.5 miles at your 1 mile pace

Rest 2 minutes

4 Rounds:

Run 0.25 miles at your fastest pace

Rest 1 minute

Record your splits.
