WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes

Run 350 Yards

18 Kettlebell Swings

15 Suitcase Crunches

12 Kettlebell Split Squat (6/leg)

9 Dive Bomber Pushups

Record your weight used for the kettlebell swings.
