TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps  (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:    Kettlebells.

Complete 6 Rounds of the following

40 seconds Kettlebell Swings, 20 seconds REST

20 seconds Box Step-Ups, 10 seconds REST

40 seconds Shuttle Run  (15-yards), 20 seconds REST

20 seconds Split Jumps, 10 seconds REST

Record your weight used for the Kettlebell Swings.
