Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s).

Complete 5 Rounds of the following

1 Turkish Getups

10 One Arm Kettlebell Swings

5 Kettlebell Clean and Press

*Repeat on Stronger Arm
