SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device and Bike/Rower.

Complete 10 Rounds of either of the following:

Run

Sprint 200 Yards, Rest 1 minute

Bike

Sprint 0.3 miles, Rest 1 minute

Row

Row 250 meters, Rest 1 minute
