FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Part #1: 12 minutes

5 Pushups

10 Kettlebell Swings

15 Suitcase Crunches

Sprint 100 Yards

***Rest 2 minutes before completing Part #2***

Part #2:  Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes

5  Kettlebell Goblet Cleans

5  Goblet Squats

5 Broad Jumps
