Kettlebells are portable strength building and fat burning tools. Take them with you, use them well.

Workout #114 of 365 (2018)

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Morningsand 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell.

Part #1: Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes

10  Kettlebell Swings

***Rest 1 minute, then do Part #2***

Part #2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes

5 Goblet Squats

5 Pushups

5/5 Skater Squats

10 Kettlebell Figure Eight w/Hold

***Rest 1 minute, then do Part #3***

Part #3:  Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes

Sprint 100 yards, Rest in the remaining time
