MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run and Skip for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:None.

Part #1: 6 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible

10 Squats

10 Lateral Jumps

5/5 Lunge Steps

10 Speed Skaters

Rest 1 minute, then do Part #2.

Part #2:  5 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible

10 Vertical Jumps      

5 Pushups

5/5 Reverse Lunge Steps

5 Squat Thrusts

Rest 1 minute, then complete Part #3.

Part #3: 4 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible

5/5 Lateral Lunge

15/15 Mountain Climbers

5 Star Jumps

Rest 1 minute, then complete Part #4.

Part #4: 3 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible

10/10 Split Jumps

5 180-degree Jump Squats

10 Plank Jacks
