Workout #110 of 365 (2018)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs(hold 2 seconds/side)


Complete 4 Rounds of the following:

4 minutes to complete 3 Rounds of the following Dumbbell Complex and a 200-yard Run.

5 Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift

5 Dumbbell Bent Over Row

5 Dumbbell Front Squat

5 Dumbbell Push Press

200 Yard-Run (only once per 4 minutes)

Record any modifications and the weight of your kettlebell. Don’t forget AB-ril Challenge Workout #20!
