THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete 4 Rounds of the following (40 seconds Work, 20 seconds REST per exercise)

Kettlebell Split Squat  (Rounds 1&3, left; Rounds 2&4, right)

Hand-to-Hand Kettlebell Swings

1 Clean, 1 Press, 1 Squat (right)

1 Clean, 1 Press, 1 Squat (left)

Jingle Jangles
