It's finally here...SPRING!

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell and Jump Rope.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes

5 One Arm Kettlebell Swings, 5 Press (Strong Arm)

5 One Arm Kettlebell Swings, 5 Press (Stronger Arm)

75 Jump Rope Skips

3 One Arm Kettlebell Swings, 3 Press (Strong Arm)

3 One Arm Kettlebell Swings, 3 Press (Stronger Arm)

50 Jump Rope Skips

1 One Arm Kettlebell Swings, 1 Press (Strong Arm)

1 One Arm Kettlebell Swings, 1 Press (Stronger Arm)

25 Jump Rope Skips
