Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Morningsand 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell and Jump Rope.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes

30’ Crawl

10 Kettlebell Swings

20 Box Step-Ups

40 Double Unders  or 60 Jump Rope Skips

Record the total number of rounds and partial rounds you finished. Don’t forget AB-ril Challenge #17!
