04/16/2018: Bodyweight Workout! Crawling and other fun things!

Huge congrats go out to Barrett Park's own, Diane Clapes for competing in and setting a huge PR (165.5#) on her Deadlift during Saturday's StrongFirst Tactical Strength Challenge hosted at the Smugs Fitness Lab! Diane was rock solid and made us all proud! Great work!

Workout #106 of 365 (2018)

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete 18 minutes of the following

50 Standing Cross Body Crawl (25/leg)

30  Total Body Extensions

10  Pushups

50 Mountain Climbers (25/leg)

30 Seal Jacks (add mini band if you have one)

10 Pop Jacks
