SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell(s)

Complete 7 Rounds of the following

1/1 Turkish Getups

9/9 One Arm Kettlebell Swings

3 Goblet Squats

Record your weight used for each movement and total time to complete.
