THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Morningsand 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell.

Complete the following

8 Rounds

Single Arm Kettlebell Overhead Reverse Lungestep

(20 seconds WORK, 10 seconds REST; alternate sides each round)

then…

3 minute Run

1 minute REST

then..

8 Rounds

Kettlebell Windmill

(20 seconds WORK, 10 seconds REST; alternate sides each round)

then..

2 minute Run

1 minute REST

8 Rounds

Single Arm Kettlebell Swings 

(20 seconds WORK, 10 seconds REST; alternate sides each round)

Then..

1 minute Run
