WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell.

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes

Minute 1:  12 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 25-Yard Shuttle Run

Minute 2: 6 Goblet Squats, 20 Jumping Jacks

Minute 3:  20 Kettlebell Figure Eight w/Hold

Minute 4:  30’ Crawl

Record your weight used and any modifications you made to today’s workout. Don’t forget ABril #11!
