Our coaches along with our clients had a great time getting educated on Mobility with Dr. Jackie and Dr. Jake from Athlete's Potential on Saturday! The post Mobility Workshop Photo Shoot was fun too!

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

#1: Complete 10 minutes of work

8 Pushups

16 Glute Bridge

24 Box Step-Ups  (12/12)

***Rest 2 minutes then…***

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes

8 Skater Squats  (4/leg) or 8 Reverse Lunge Steps  (4/leg)

12 Vertical Jumps      

Sprint 100 Yards
