Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s).

Complete 30 minutes of QUALITY work

10 Goblet Squats

20 meter Crawl (10m Forward / 10m Reverse)

10 / 10 One Arm Kettlebell Swings
