Workout #95 of 365 (2018)   


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells (low reps each set, so go a little heavier if possible)

Complete 20 minutes of work

5/5 Dumbbell Plank Rows

5 Dumbbell Front Squat

5 Dumbbell Shoulder Press

5/5 Dumbbell Reverse Lunge

20 meters Crawl

200 meters Run

Record your rounds completed and weight used. Don’t forget to knock out AB-ril #6!
