Equipment: Barbell, Kettlebell, Pull up bar

"Deadly Pull and Swing up the Mountain"

Complete the following sequence as many times as possible in 15 minutes:

5 Pullups

10 Deadlifts (weight will vary based on ability)

15 Kettlebell swings (weight will vary based on ability)

20 Mountain Climbers (10/leg)

I'll be teaching you how to deadlift tomorrow prior to our workout.  Proper deadlift form is essential and deadlifts are one of the most effective movements for keeping your core strong and healthy for life!
