THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete as much of the following as possible in 17 minutes

10 Kettlebell Swings, 1 Goblet Squat, 1 20-yard Shuttle Run

 (out and back is 1 rep)

10 Kettlebell Swings, 2 Goblet Squat, 2 20-yard Shuttle Run

 (out and back is 1 rep)

10 Kettlebell Swings, 3 Goblet Squat, 3 20-yard Shuttle Run

 (out and back is 1 rep)

10 Kettlebell Swings, 4 Goblet Squat, 4 20-yard Shuttle Run

 (out and back is 1 rep)

10 Kettlebell Swings, 5 Goblet Squat, 5 20-yard Shuttle Run

 (out and back is 1 rep)

10 Kettlebell Swings, 6 Goblet Squat, 6 20-yard Shuttle Run

 (out and back is 1 rep)

10 Kettlebell Swings, 7 Goblet Squat, 7 20-yard Shuttle Run

 (out and back is 1 rep)
