WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:   Kettlebell

Complete as many rounds as possible in 21 minutes

21 Russian Kettlebell Swings

12 Box Jumps or  Box Step-Ups

Sprint 100 Yards

30 Mountain Climbers (yes…per leg!)

10 Goblet Squats

Sprint 100 Yards

20 Split Jumps  (15/side)

5 Burpees      

Sprint 100 Yards

Record your weight used for today’s workout. Don’t forget to do AB-ril Challenge Workout #4.
