TUESDAY WORKOUT

Workout #92 of 365 (2018)   

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s).

#1: Complete 3 Rounds (per side) of the following

30 seconds One Arm Kettlebell Swings

30 seconds Press

30 seconds Kettlebell Windmill

30 seconds REST

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes

Sprint 200 yards

10 Goblet Squats

8/8 Kettlebell Floor Press

6/6 Single Arm Kettlebell Bent Over Row
