FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete as many rounds as possible of the following in 12 minutes:

10 Kettlebell Heartbeats

10 Kettlebell Figure Eight w/Hold

10 1-Arm Kettlebell Thrusters

30 Meter (left and right)  Suitcase Carry

Complete the following every minute on the minute for 6 minutes:

4 Goblet Squats

12 Kettlebell Swings

Friday Flab Away

Complete 3 Rounds of the following:

6 Left/ 6 Right Kettlebell Situps

30 Mountain Climbers
