WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbells

Complete as many rounds as possible of the following in 20 minutes:

10 Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift

10 Pushups on Dumbbells

10 Left/ 10 Right  Dumbbell Reverse Lunge

Sprint 50 Meters

10 (5 Left/ 5 Right) Dumbbell Plank Rows

10 V-ups

10 Star Jumps

Sprint 50 Meters
