Workout #79 of 365 (2018)

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups,10 Squats, and MAX time Plank hold.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Complete as many rounds as possible of the following in 16 minutes:

8 Kettlebell Swings

10 Goblet Squats

8 Kettlebell Swings

10 (5 left/ 5 right)  One Arm Kettlebell Press

8 Kettlebell Swings

10 (5 left/ 5 right)  Lawnmower Row

8 Kettlebell Swings

30 Meter Left/ 30 Meter Right Suitcase Carry

Then, complete three rounds of the following:

30 seconds Hollow Body Hold

30 seconds Superman Hold

30 seconds rest
