MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

Complete as many rounds as possible of the following in 20 minutes:

14 Donkey Kicks

14 (7 left and 7 right) Split Squats

14 Bird Dogs            

14 Jumping Squats

50 Meter Sprint out, 50 Meter Skipping back
