FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None

Complete 4 rounds of the following:

35 seconds Squats     

25 seconds rest

35 seconds Mountain Climbers

25 seconds rest

35 seconds Jingle Jangles

25 seconds rest

35 seconds StrongFirst Plank

 

Friday flab away:

Repeat 3 times

30 second Left Side Plank

30 second Right Side Plank
