THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Morningsand 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete as many rounds as possible of the following in 12 minutes:

8 Left One Arm Kettlebell Suitcase Deadlift

8 Left One Arm Kettlebell Push Press

8 Left One-Arm Kettlebell Front Squats

8 Left Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

8 RIght One Arm Kettlebell Suitcase Deadlift

8 Right One Arm Kettlebell Push Press

8 Right One-Arm Kettlebell Front Squats

8 Right Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

Then, every minute on the minute for 5 minutes, complete:

16 Kettlebell Figure Eight w/Hold
