Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank hold.

Complete 5 rounds as quickly as possible (22 minute cap)

12 Dumbbell Windmills  (6 reps/side - You may use 2 DBs OR  if newer to the movement, try using 1 DB, either in the overhead position or down at your side.)

***If you finish in under 18 minutes, perform 100 Situps  as fast as possible.
